What shape of aquarium do you recommend?

* Rectangular or similar shaped tanks will hold more fish. A taller tank will not hold more fish than a shorter tank with identical width and length dimensions.

The water surface of an aquarium is where gases such as oxygen and carbon dioxide are exchanged. The longer and/or wider, the better, as more surface area is important for maintaining a healthy environment.

For our clients that have a very small area to display one of our aquariums we often provide basketball sized and shaped aquariums.
