* In order to receive any of our guarantees, we must clean your aquarium at least once every four weeks. That is because every aquarium should receive a 25% water change every four weeks. Servicing the aquarium more often depends mostly on how fast algae growth returns after we clean your aquarium.
Many of our clients have us clean their aquariums once every two weeks, alternating between a full service visit and an algae maintenance visit. A full service visit includes everything including a thorough aquarium checkup, changing water, water tests, algae removal, filter media changes, etc.
An algae maintenance visit is a one-hour visit which includes an aquarium checkup and removing algae. A few of our clients have us service their aquariums on a weekly basis or more often.
